Major changes and bug fixes

  • NGraphExecutor integrated with weights on device
  • Data Pipelining feature completed. Can be enabled by setting env flag NGRAPH_TF_USE_PREFETCH
  • LegacyExecutor deprecated for all the builds. Can be force enabled by setting env flag NGRAPH_TF_USE_LEGACY_EXECUTOR
  • Fixed python tests
