This moves the main lib to netstandard 2.0
The tests also run on netcore
The sample has been moved to aspnet core MVC (although it was full of commented code so I've left that)
It compiles and all works as tested on a Mac so should be fine on Windows/Linux
Whist it does work it may require Tavis.Links and Url Templates to target netstandard too
