Synthetic ALPHA Residencies and HIV Testing Data to OMOP under INSPIRE This repository contains the full pipeline for moving data from ALPHA residencies and HIV Testing to OMOP CDM 6.0. It contains the synthetic data, the synthetic data profile report, data mapping design and the ETL implementation using SQL codes.
