Config file

A config file can be used to change program behavior. A default file will be created the first time tickrs
is launched.
- Linux:
$HOME/.config/tickrs/config.yml
- macOS:
$HOME/Library/Application Support/tickrs/config.yml
- Windows:
%APPDATA%\tickrs\config.yml
