Notes

This PR upgrades the Taho website core dependencies for the following packages:

  • Node v14.15.0 -> v18.15.0
  • Gatsby v2.32.8 -> 4.13.1
  • React v16.12.0 -> v17.0.1

Will require testing to ensure all packages and dependencies are working across the website

Website is almost working except images loading via {require("@browser-logos/chrome/chrome.svg")} are broken on deployment. Looking into fixes
