Rewrote LibGDX-Atlas-Loader to allow varying order of configuration entries. It also takes care (aka "gets rid") of empty lines. The new implementation also takes care of the offsets the libGDX-Atlas describes (it encodes offsets using w/h, offsets and origs).
Removed my name from the comments and reformatted them to fit into the default width of "72 chars"
