Usage:

Usage:  [COMMAND]
Commands:
  convert  Converts the input data into the output file with the passed format.
  set      Sets a certain value in the profiles file.
  get      Gets a certain value in the profiles file.

Borderlands 2 profile can be found here C:\Users\%username%\Documents\My Games\Borderlands 2\WillowGame\SaveData\%PROFILE_ID%\profile.bin
