These devcontainers will expand with postgres and such when that is added |

have you tested the devcontainer on Windows and/or mac? Those operating systems are the reason my other devcontainer PR's are still open. Let me know! |

This pr resolves #10. It aims to introduce a devcontainer for the backend. It is unknown yet what front-end we might end up using, and whether we will need a second devcontainer for that.
