Possible fix for Issue #14.
Removed the 'c' from the calls of ALL_CINT_FORTRAN_ and ALL_CINT1E_FORTRAN_ and uncommented from the lisp script and manual C code.
This version builds without warnings/errors and links to the fortran example.
