Fix up CI builds
increase SPI frequency for 3.5" model (so the screen is more responsive)
Fix up touchscreen calibration on 2.8" (Offsets are calculated incorrectly in touchscreen_calibrate() #11)
- This does sadly require a configuration wipe
Font code refactoring
Fix up temperature keyboard entry
Implement OTA updates ([FR] OTA Update #25)
- When there's an update available, in the settings an update button will be displayed. Pressing it will update the screen
- An auto update toggle has been added in the settings that makes the screen update right after connecting to wifi
