The Discord link looks good. However, we might not need the contact form in the GitHub repo README. Could we remove the contact form link?

Description :
This PR updates the README file to include a "Contact Us" section with clickable links for Discord and a contact form.
Added a clickable button for the Discord invite link.
Added a link to a contact form for inquiries.
Test Plan :
Verified that the Markdown renders correctly in the GitHub preview.
Checked that both the Discord button and the contact form link redirect to the correct pages.

This update enhances the README to provide easy access to the project's community via Discord and also enables users to submit inquiries through the contact form.
