Remove CodeSandbox CI

it creates problems in #4816

I think that this thing is extremely cool. However, I just never find myself using it and our test suite is good enough when it comes to testing PRs. I think this probably has bigger value for projects like framer-motion where the visual aspect of the PR has to often be verified manually.
