I would proceed by having a rough look at the CSV/logs to see if anything looks strange.

The system always sends a buy order for 0 shares at 0 dollars before it starts transactions, wasting 1 to 3 seconds in transaction time,
which is precious in the finance world.
How i would proceed with debugging:
- I would look for the part in the backend of the code that logs that line of FIX logs
- Look for any additional logs (if any) and check for debug codes or anything that would help with debugging
