New hbase version 2.4.17 #403

Description

  • added support for version 2.4.17
  • removed support for 2.4.6, 2.4.8, 2.4.9, 2.4.11
  • use jmx_exporter soft link instead of hardcoded version
  • added compression check in smoke test
