  1. Include 'prettier' as a dev dependency to prevent 'sst add cloudflare… 

    …' from breaking

Adding cloudflare as a provider breaks because 'prettier' isn't installed as a dev dependency whereas the code inside '.sst' directory necessarily requires it to be installed.
