Feat: Remap Voxship (#651)

# Описание

Правим воксшип исходя из давней предложки.

## Основные изменения

* Добавлено крио для сна.
* Добавлен химгриндер.
* Добавлены химохлад и химнагрев.
* Добавлен огнетушитель (их не было вообще)
* Поправлены зоны.
