chore: disable dependency on cache/array-adapter

Removing this dependency allows the package to be used with psr/cache:^3.0 installed. This package is not needed in context of using squeezely/symfony-flowmailer-mailer.

We can remove this as soon as psr/cache:^3.0 is supported in cache/array-adapter and flowmailer/flowmailer-php-sdk has been updated accordingly.
