I'm a self-taught developer who's been writing code since the mid-80s (Commodore PET represent!). The fact that the libraries I've written are relied up by thousands of other projects is truly humbling.

I left coding for a brief period of time, and it was lovely frameworks like Laravel that brought me back. I've always been a proponent of Open Source software (heck, I designed their logo!), so I'm happy to share the tools I've made for my own projects with others.

Maybe you are using my slugging package in your blog application. Maybe you use my tagging library in your backend admin tools. Or maybe you just like configuring Elasticsearch in Laravel the way you configure all your other services. Personally, my favourite is being able to take existing database tables and "reverse engineer" them into Laravel migration files.

I only wish I could devote more time to their improvement. My current focus is less on code and more on product these days, so any sponsorship is truly appreciated!
