Who are we 🤔

Bellum Gens is an esports organization focused on the development and popularization of esports in Bulgaria and on the Balkans. Bellum Gens is founded by two, passionate about gaming, friends, who really believe in the future of esports and that a stronger and more inclusive esports environment can be developed on the Balkans.

What are you working on 👨‍💻🎮

We organize two distinct events.

The first is an amateur charity office team-building competition: Esports Business League. This event is intended to be fun and to gather people in the workplace after working hours to play against people in other companies. The prize pool of this event is donated for charity of the winners' choice. The first two Seasons of the Esports Business League featured CS:GO and StarCraft II competitions, but for future seasons we plan to add more games like League of Legends.

The second is a professional tournament: Bellum Gens Elite Stara Zagora. This is a premier event hosted in the city of Stara Zagora, Bulgaria and is intended to be the largest professional esports event on the Balkans!

We're also hosting a CS:GO team management and coaching platform Bellum Gens. All of our platforms are fully open-source on our GH organization. We also publish a small library with Steam API models that can be acquired from NuGet and used by any .NET application that want's to consume Steam API.

What do we need sponsorship for 💰

Anything we get from sponsorships will be used first to cover outstanding infrastructure costs (hosting, domains, etc.) and costs related to the development of the platforms we're working on, second to cover operational expense for the events we organize and last to popularize our platforms and events through social media marketing.
