  1. Add convinience wrapper for launching CanvOS test VMs 

    Typing virt-install commands together with user-data creation
is cumbersome...

Usage:

```
$ bash scripts/launch-canos-vm.sh --name foobar --user-data user-data
--iso some-iso.iso
```

or:

```
$ bash scripts/launch-canos-vm.sh -n foobar -u user-data -i some-iso.iso
```
