This repo contains back end code logic for corresponding Wix proof-of-concept site to display the 'true living cost' of rental properties in Spokane, WA. The tru living cost currently consists of rent value and electricity costs. Future adaptaions should also include other utilities such as water and gas as well as any trash or HOA fees.
This is a proof of concept website limited to the Logan neighborhood in Spokane, WA. Electrical costs are based off provided static data from Avista which spans over 2018. Rental costs are provided from current Zillow 'Zestimates.'
