Changes: - Fixed the 'while' loop for determining when last page of results reached - Added a processing output for each page for visibility of progress - Added --excludeevent as an additional filter option

Readme file also updated with some examples of running the main.py file directly instead of using the Dockerfile.
When using the current version of the script the dockerfile doesn't install all of the required packages and then the 'while' loop going through the api page results never resolves.
