Useful for validating against reference rt
Initial candidate generation only, seems to converge to the same result as naive uniformly sampled without the fancy weights.
Let's do this in passes, easier to toggle different restir reservoir passes. Also rework initial candidate generation to do reservoir resampling.
Reset when any rtdi shader is recompiled, ui reports the need.

Only initial candiates and spatial reuse for now, let's worry about temporal reuse and denoising after TAA
