• build-lint-integration-tests: 16 cores -> 8-cores
• Build Chainlink Image: 16-cores -> 8-cores
• Solana Build Artifacts: 16-cores -> 8-cores
• Solana Build Test Image: 16-cores -> 8-cores
• Solana Smoke Tests: 16-cores -> 8-cores

Notes

• ocr2, ocr2-plugins are SIGKILL'd during execution w/ anything less than 16-core runners
