Learn about vigilant mode.

This release is making usage of MM²'s requiresVersion flag to make sure we use the latest version 2.15.0 because of changes to the callback method in MM². See this PR.
So make sure you update MM²

Changes:

  • adding MM² minimum version requirement to 2.15.0
  • improving song playback from "idle" mode - see #146
  • renamed accountDefault to defaultAccount
  • synchronized README config list with current default config
  • cleanup and updates to README
  • fixing external modal usage #157
