+- Made the sulfur isotope check optional via the "SulfCheck" parameter
+- Removed MFAssignAll() and MFAssignAll_MSMS() 
+- Added the functionality of those functions to MFAssign and MFAssignCHO() with the parameters "Ambig" and "MSMS" respectively
