OSVR-Wiimote v1.1 Release

Adds analog outputs for the B (trigger) button and the X and Y "axes" of the d-pad. This allows better Razer Hydra / Vive Controller emulation.

Fixes an issue where held buttons were reported incorrectly (and nunchuk buttons were not reported at all).
