Pre-release of «Seagull»

This version is defined as a pre-release, and yes. It's a beta-version. However, the codebase as is are running in a production environment at seakingmarine.no, handling over 10-20 requests to Payex per day.

There are lots of features that still needs to be added, and I'm grateful for any help on this. Payex have lots of features that needs to be made intuitive. I am hoping to be able to make a better documentation of the class as well, at the next release.
