CI failing, wasn't failing on the last regular CI run

It's an existing issue on the CMS 6 branch https://github.com/silverstripe/silverstripe-crontask/actions/runs/12150683158/job/33884051073

Regular cron does not run on that, and crontask builds just do not show in rhino https://rhino.silverstripe.org/?t=builds

Have made issue silverstripe/rhino#38
