Release of version v0.7

Fixes:

  • Chrome: terminate extension when browser is closed
  • Chrome: do not double-initialise the extension
  • fix issues around re-loading of the profile picture

For Firefox, no update of the host part is needed. For Chrome, we recommend to update the host part as well.
