Try to reduce the conflict of ports.
service create cmd consumes a docker hub rate.
It is smaller, thus it should take less time to push and remove from registries. Add a new line after each "echo" in tests.
In tests, check DONE_REMOVING_IMAGES to ensure all logs are printed.
Use busybox time explicitly for docker service update.
