Fushigi Version v0.3 Alpha Release

Changelog:

  • Early support for adding new links to actors
  • Better crash logging, output is now written to a file
  • Regenerating the parameter database is possible within the editor

THIS IS BY NO MEANS A COMPLETELY STABLE RELEASE. THINGS WILL BREAK!!!
