USAGE:
ecsRestartService --cluster default --region us-west-1 --service service1 --service service2 ...
COMMANDS:
help, h Shows a list of commands or help for one command
GLOBAL OPTIONS:
--cluster value the ECS cluster on which the services reside
--region value aws region
--service value service to restart
--help, -h show help
--version, -v print the version
