tch-gui-unhide

• Removed device variant dependencies - scripts are now only dependent on firmware version
• Added tch-gui-unhide script that runs the correct firmware version script
• Added support for 18.1.c.0543 FW
• Allowed editing of host names in device list
• Replaced Internet modal with https://github.com/Ansuel/tch-nginx-gui/tree/master/decompressed/gui_file/www modified version to allow setting of internet parameters, such as DNS servers
