• Auto-detect increment method (i.e. major or minor; will use most recently used method, or major if only one file exists so far; can override with --major or --minor)
• Auto-detect file name syntax (i.e. amount of leading zeros for major and minor version number).
• Auto-detect schema from provided file name suffix. This has a bit of a proprietary flavor, but should not hurt other users.
