This update fixes the following issues:
[SNAP-1584] Graph Builder - Windowed reading - Read operator generates both pixelRegion and geometryRegion in graph xml
[SNAP-3458] Update SNAP & toolboxes AboutBox with proper release notes links
[SNAP-3467] The vector import tools are sometimes disabled in the menu
[SNAP-2065] S2 Resampling Error “Failed to Read Data for level 0 and rectangle”
