Data conversion procedure from PID based dataset to compressed format for PostgreSQL

Run on windows

Open command prompt, and execute the following command
$ java -classpath .;lib\*;bin utokyo.csis.pflow.tutorial2015.exec.PFlowData2Pg PID_BASED_CSV_FOLDER OUTPUT_CSV_FILE

Run on Mac

Open terminal, and execute the following command
$ java -classpath .:lib/*:bin utokyo.csis.pflow.tutorial2015.exec.PFlowData2Pg PID_BASED_CSV_FOLDER OUTPUT_CSV_FILE
