This pull request updates the README.md file to include new options for the Sitemapper object and reorganizes the example code for clarity. The most important changes are:

New Options Added:

  • Added exclusions option to allow specifying an array of regex patterns to exclude certain URLs.

Example Code Reorganization:

  • Reorganized the example code to improve readability and to include all available options in a consistent format.
