Caused by recursive stdio function calling.

Just use seL4_DebugPutString() directly to avoid any problems.

I'm pretty sure the other code there is wrong too, I think it meant to also check the return value of platsupport_serial_setup_bootinfo_failsafe in the #else case, but forgot to do that.
