Story
Switching to use the
clambygem from theclamavgem to interface with clamAV. Also run clamAV as a daemon.This is default for later versions of Hyrax. This is half backport but mostly an implementation of the N. Carolina solution from Hy-c: UNC-Libraries/hy-c@57c84bd#diff-8b7db4d5cc4b8f6dc8feb7030baa2478
