How to join the 2010 Census [P.L. 94 ‐ 171] Summary file data to the GEOID10 field which exists in the 2010 Census [P.L. 94 ‐ 171] TIGER/Line shapefiles : Each level of geography requires a specific concatenation of fields in order to create this common identifier.
