This is the main repository for our 2020 paper, "Network interventions for managing the COVID-19 pandemic and sustaining economy", in print in the Proceedings of the Natural Academy of Sciences, USA (PNAS). Contained in this repository is all code needed to replicate the social network and infectious disease dynamics simulations we used to obtain our results, as well as code needed to generate the figures in the article.
