Because of the various and sundry complications with getting NixOS to work on this machine, I'm posting my system level configuration files here.
Be sure to disable secure boot. NixOS cannot boot with secure boot mode enabled in UEFI

Suspend/Resume now works. I had to set "iommu=soft" and "idle=nomwait" on the kernel parameters. "idle=nomwait" seems to be the magic one that made it all work, while "iommu=soft" fixed a different problem that I was seeing during boot time, but which may have influenced things.
