User story
As R&D needing a pre-MVP version of scRNA Core pooling for the end to end test, I would like there to be a way to get the 'Number of samples per pool' into the LIMS if Y24-310 - Accept customer input in cDNA prep submission - bulk hasn't yet been completed.

Acceptance criteria
To be considered successful the solution must allow:
I can run a script that takes in the submission id and populates the relevant requests with the 'Number of samples per pool'.
Additional context
The 'number of samples per pool' is an integer. I believe it should be stored in 'request_metadata_attributes' on the Request model, because this seems to be where information that is provided along with submissions is stored.
