Y24-326 - Un-WIP scRNA Core pipeline

User story
As R&D, I would like the scRNA Core pipeline to be released to production ahead of my end to end test.

Who are the primary contacts for this story
Abby, Katy

Who is the nominated tester for UAT
Run the Integration Suite test in training before deploying this to prod.

Acceptance criteria
To be considered successful the solution must allow:

• (Sequencescape) Record Loader .wip.yml files relevant to the scRNA Core pipeline (all remaining parts) are made live.
• (Limber) Pipeline and Purpose config .wip.yml files relevant to the scRNA Core pipeline (all remaining parts) are made live.
• Check with the team doing to other stories to plan for deployment to Training
• Deploy this to UAT (SS first, then Limber)
• Deploy this to TRAINING (SS first, then Limber)
• Check the data from Sequencescape Record Loader files is missing from training env ... it should be
• Run the Integration Suite test file spec/limber/scrna_core_spec.rb
• Notify Abby Crackett for testing
• Check with the team doing to other stories to plan for deployment to Production
• Deploy to PRODUCTION (SS first, then Limber)

Dependencies
We want the following stories to be done before the pipeline is used for the end to end test:

• Y24-313 - PBMC donor pooling - use requested number of samples per pool limber#1909
• Y24-325 - Script to populate Requests with 'Number of samples per pool' #4345
• Y24-319 - Pooling driver file tweaks limber#1914

However, they don't really block this story.
