This is just a simple Server application. I used Python 3.6.5 to build this application.

To run this application from commandline:

python server.py
python testClient.py

This application has also been dockerized. It listens on port 4000. You can build and run the application like so (if Docker is installed):

docker build -t my-python .
docker run --name my-running-app -p 4000:4000 my-python

In this basic example, we create a non-blocking Python server. Atm, it simply checks for a 32 bit integer. The idea is this integer could be a message type that gets sent from any type of client application running in Unreal, Unity, etc. Depending upon the message type, we would then know how big the packet is and then proceed to grab the data and notify the other observers.
