fix	Fix a problem with a package (e.g. jinja error)	patch
rem	Remove a package version or remove a package completely (breaking change)	major
perf	Performance improvements to a package	patch
chore	Everything else that doesn't affect package definitions	no release

@twangboy just a heads-up - I'd like to merge this but leave it undocumented for a short while so that it can "bed-in" and I can validate that it works how we want.
