StableCanonical

This baseline is a stable version of canonical Hash Code representation. The programs that create hash codes are assigned canonical numbers and the numbering scheme is organized in /etc of the YesFS file system. This stable version can correctly create the canonical files and includes a function script that will load these files into Bash Associative Arrays from Key/Value files. There are many improvements incorporated here, including the first semi-sane WAVE debugging scripts (func.cwave) that can output to stderr the entry/exit to scripts that incorporate this code. There are also improvements to func.regex, func.error and func.debug
