Use channel transformation from N5 Viewer metadata for TIFF slice export

When exporting a stitched volume as TIFF slice series, the exporter should check whether the channels have been transformed in N5 Viewer, and apply the transformations to ensure that the resulting TIFF slices have the same registration and are of the same size.
