Selfishly, updating aws-lc-rs to 1.7.0 lets me use a simplified Nix flake for development in this repo and so I was motivated to open this PR:
Updating aws-lc-rs v1.6.2 -> v1.7.0
Updating aws-lc-sys v0.13.3 -> v0.15.0
Updating rustls-webpki v0.102.2 -> v0.102.3
There are other semver compatible updates we could take, but it's only
aws-lc-rsthat has a meaningful impact on my own dev ergonomics so I've avoided the other updates for now.
